Vendor & Sales Coordinator

Dirwazh Farm is looking for an organised and reliable Vendor & Sales Coordinator to coordinate with participating merchants, keep products and displays ready, and support day-to-day customer sales.

Responsibilities:

• Contact participating merchants and follow up on products, prices, stock availability and delivery arrangements.
• Collect missing product details and keep merchant and product records up to date.
• Coordinate deliveries, product displays and sales-area readiness with the team.
• Assist customers with product enquiries and support on-site sales.
• Record stock movements and sales accurately, and flag shortages or discrepancies promptly.
• Coordinate sales records, discrepancies and merchant settlements with the accounts team.
• Provide brief daily updates on sales, stock, deliveries and pending merchant requests.

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken and written Arabic.
• Relevant experience in retail sales or vendor coordination.
• Clear communication and a helpful approach to merchants and customers.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
• Confidence using computers and basic spreadsheets.

Training on our products, processes and systems will be provided.

Work setting: In person

Salary: QAR 4,000–5,000 per month (all-inclusive).

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month

Experience:

• retail sales: 1 year (Preferred)
