Job Overview
We are looking for an organized Vendor Coordinator to manage supplier communication and support smooth vendor operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with vendors on orders and deliveries.
- Maintain vendor records and documentation.
- Follow up on quotations, invoices, and payments.
- Monitor vendor performance and resolve issues.
- Support procurement and operational activities.
Requirements
- Diploma or relevant qualification preferred.
- 1–3 years of vendor, procurement, or administrative experience.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
