Position: Vendor Coordinator

Location: Calicut

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
• Manage vendor communications, follow-ups, and relationship management.
• Coordinate logistics and transportation activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Track orders, shipments, and delivery schedules.
• Resolve vendor and logistics-related issues promptly.
• Maintain vendor records, purchase documentation, and reports.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure operational requirements are met.
• Monitor vendor performance and service quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Experience in vendor coordination, logistics, supply chain, or procurement is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
