Vendor Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with vendors for orders, quotations, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Identify and develop relationships with new and existing vendors.
• Follow up on purchase orders, pending deliveries, and vendor payments.
• Maintain vendor databases, invoices, purchase records, and documentation.
• Compare quotations and negotiate pricing to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Coordinate with internal departments to meet procurement requirements.
• Resolve vendor-related issues and ensure timely supply of materials.
• Monitor vendor performance and maintain good professional relationships.

Requirements

• Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in vendor coordination, procurement, or supply chain is preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and basic documentation.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
