Vendor Development Engineer

We are hiring a Vendor Development Engineer to manage supplier development and vendor-related activities. The candidate will be responsible for vendor evaluation, coordination, and performance tracking to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new vendors based on company requirements
• Handle vendor onboarding and maintain related documentation
• Monitor vendor performance in terms of quality, delivery, and cost
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely material availability
• Maintain vendor records and update reports regularly
• Work closely with procurement and production teams

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of experience in vendor development or procurement
• Knowledge of vendor management processes
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work with internal teams and external suppliers

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in manufacturing environment
• Basic understanding of supply chain processes
• Problem-solving and analytical skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
