Vendor Development Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Manages the sourcing, administration, and execution of third-party service agreements and external vendor contracts to support project and production needs
• Search for and evaluate new suppliers for raw materials, parts, or assemblies that match company requirements.
• Assess potential vendors through facility audits, capability checks, and sample testing .
• Work alongside internal design, procurement, and production groups during New Product Development (NPD).
• Help negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contracts while keeping transportation and material costs low.
• Track delivery schedules, stock levels, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to maintain a stable supply chain.
