Position: Vendor Development Executive
Location: Motavada, Rajkot
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new vendors for solar project requirements.
• Search, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers and manufacturers.
• Coordinate with vendors for solar modules, inverters, structures, cables, electrical components, BOS materials, and other project requirements.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial conditions.
• Collect and compare quotations from multiple vendors.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new vendors.
• Coordinate with the Purchase, Project, Design, and Accounts teams for material requirements.
• Ensure timely availability and delivery of materials as per project schedules.
• Monitor vendor performance, quality, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Maintain vendor database, quotations, purchase records, and documentation.
• Resolve vendor-related issues regarding quality, quantity, delivery, and payment.
• Conduct market research to identify competitive pricing and alternative suppliers.
• Support cost reduction and procurement improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Vendor sourcing and relationship management.
• Knowledge of procurement and purchase processes.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work with multiple vendors and manage deadlines.
