- Develop vendors having strong financial capability, adequate manpower/resources, required technical capability, and the ability to deliver quality services/material within agreed timelines.
- Negotiate competitive pricing, credit terms, payment terms, delivery timelines, and other commercial terms.
- Complete vendor registration and onboarding formalities.
- Maintain an updated vendor/supplier database with relevant commercial and performance details.
- Develop alternate vendors to reduce dependency on single-source suppliers.
- vailability of qualified vendors/service partners for project requirements.
- Competitive pricing and favourable credit/payment terms.
- Timely completion of vendor registration.
- Vendor database accuracy and regular updates.
- Availability of alternate suppliers for critical categories.
