Vendor Management Director

For our client, we are seeking a Vendor Management Director to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This leader will guide enterprise-wide vendor strategy and strategic partnerships across healthcare operations, ensuring strong governance and consistent service delivery. The role will shape oversight frameworks that help align critical suppliers with operational priorities, quality expectations, and business objectives. It will also build and lead a high-performing function that strengthens accountability, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $130,332 – $195,498 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead vendor management and strategic partnership strategies
• Establish governance frameworks, policies, standards, and oversight processes
• Build a high-performing vendor management organization
• Serve as relationship owner for critical vendors and strategic partners
• Monitor vendor performance against KPIs, SLAs, and business objectives

Qualifications

• 10+ years in vendor management, healthcare operations, strategic partnerships, or consulting
• 5+ years in leadership roles managing teams and vendor relationships
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field
• Experience developing and leading vendor governance programs
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations and managed care models
