Vendor Management Specialist

该职位来源于猎聘 Accountabilities* FSP partnership (40%) Work with LVM to ensure effective resource management with the CRO partner in liaison with CD&O (TA head, CTM, CTL) as required. Work with LVM to lead governance meeting to align and oversee goals, KPIs and implementation of improvement plan. Support issue resolution SMO (30%) Support the RFP and contract review with CTM, provide consultancy and communicate the change Organize SMO governance meeting SMO strategy Account Management (10%) Manage CRO staff’s account including onboarding, offboarding and extension Make sure the CRO is assigned with the training to perform task. Finance (10%) PO creation Billing and accrual Others (10%) Attend vendor scouting meeting, support new vendor setup and qualification. Develop tools, processes and instructions to continuously improve vendor management locally Accountable for oversight local vendors such as ancillary, translation, archiving and global vendors such as central lab, central imaging.

Minimum Education/Degree Requirements* Bachelor Degree or above in relevant field such as Life Sciences, business management, purchasing

Required Capabilities (Skills, Experience, Competencies)* Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English Good presentation skill Logical thinking Relevant experience in vendor management
