• Manage the onboarding, evaluation, and daily governance of IT vendors
• Lead contract negotiation, renewal, and cost control
• Monitor vendor delivery quality, timelines, and SLA compliance
• Support procurement processes and outsourced resource management
• Conduct regular vendor performance evaluations and drive optimization Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in IT or related fields
• Minimum 8 years of IT industry experience, with vendor or project management experience
• Familiar with IT outsourcing, procurement, and contract management processes
• Strong communication, coordination, and commercial negotiation skills Preferred:
• Experience in cloud/AI projects or large enterprises
• Proficiency in Cantonese and English as working languages
