Vendor Master Data Processor

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Vendor Master Data Processor to join our team!

In this role, you will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining accurate supplier and finance-related master data. You will work closely with Finance, Procurement, and other stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, timely processing, and compliance with company standards.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in Master Data Management, Accounts Payable, Procurement, or Shared Services who are looking to further develop their expertise in finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, validate, and maintain vendor, supplier, and other finance-related master data records.
• Review supporting documents and verify the completeness and accuracy of submitted information.
• Investigate data discrepancies and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Process master data requests and tickets within established service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Communicate with suppliers and internal teams through email and outbound calls for data verification and clarification.
• Ensure compliance with master data policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support data quality and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and Accounts Payable teams to support daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Experience in Vendor Master Data, Master Data Management, Accounts Payable, Procurement, or Finance Operations is preferred.
• Experience in a Shared Services or BPO environment is an advantage.
• Familiarity with SAP, SAP Ariba, or other ERP systems is highly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other MS Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Comfortable coordinating with suppliers and stakeholders through email and outbound calls.
• Ability to manage multiple requests, meet deadlines, and maintain data confidentiality.
