Vendor Onboarding Assistant

• Identify, approach, and onboard restaurants onto the company's food delivery application.
• Focus on acquiring a high volume of restaurant partners while maintaining quality standards.
• Build strong relationships with restaurant owners, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
• Prioritize onboarding Tier 1 and premium restaurant brands to strengthen the platform's market presence.
• Leverage extensive knowledge of the Dubai F&B market to identify high-potential business opportunities.
• Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations to successfully close partnership agreements.
• Meet and exceed monthly onboarding and revenue targets.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective restaurant partners.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.
• Coordinate with the Operations and Onboarding teams to ensure a smooth partner activation process.
• Ensure all partner documentation and agreements are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective partners until successful onboarding.
• Represent the company professionally at networking events, exhibitions, and industry meetings when required.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and market intelligence to management.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to execute restaurant acquisition campaigns.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of business development or B2B sales experience, preferably in the UAE food delivery, hospitality, or F&B industry.
• Strong network within the Dubai restaurant industry.
• Proven track record of successfully onboarding restaurants or hospitality partners.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Valid UAE driving licence is preferred.

• Target-based role with clearly defined monthly KPIs.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
