Job Summary

Responsible for managing relationship with game providers, coordinating customized game projects, category budgets, operational planning and performance optimization. The role acts as the primarily liaison between internal teams and external vendors.

Vendor Management

• Manage relationship with game providers
• Conduct regular business reviews
• Coordinate resource negotiations and collaboration opportunities

Customized Game Operations

• Lead customized game projects from planning to launch
• Coordinate requirements with providers and internal stakeholders
• Monitor project timelines and delivery quality

Budget & Planning

• Management category budgets from planning to launch
• Develop operational plans and performance targets
• Monitor budget utilization and campaign effectiveness

Optimization & Insights

• Analyze provider and game performance
• Recommend operational improvement
• Identify new cooperation opportunities

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with Product, Operations, CRM, BI and Marketing teams
• Ensure successful implementation of vendor projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or above
• 3+ years in game provider management, gaming operations, project management, or business development
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience with online casino or gaming platform preferred
• Fluent in English is required
• Chinese language ability is a strong advantage
