Vendor Performance Management (SPX Express)​

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

About the Team:

• We are seeking an analytical and results-driven individual to support and drive vendor performance across our manpower operations. This role is responsible for monitoring vendor performance, identifying performance gaps and root causes, and working closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to drive measurable and sustainable improvement.
• The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with data, able to translate insights into actionable improvement plans, and confident in driving follow-up with vendors and cross-functional teams. Desired traits include strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ownership, effective stakeholder management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

Job Description:

• Manage and monitor vendor performance against agreed KPIs, identify performance gaps and drive improvement actions with vendors.
• Analyze vendor performance trends and root causes of underperformance, and work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to improve performance.
• Conduct regular vendor performance reviews, track agreed corrective actions, and escalate persistent performance issues when required.
• Provide vendor performance insights and recommendations to support vendor allocation, capacity and commercial decisions.
• Continuously improve vendor performance management processes, SOPs and reporting to enhance performance visibility and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, operations, supply chain, vendor management or related fields; fresh graduates with strong analytical capability are welcome to apply.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence in working with both internal teams and external vendors.
• Good proficiency in Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets and Google Slides.
• Results-oriented, proactive and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
