Vendor Relation Analyst

Job Descriptions:

• Establishing and maintaining professional and sustainable working relationships with vendors.
• Managing vendor communication and engagement through structured and continuous development programs.
• Managing and coordinating the resolution of vendor complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Measuring, evaluating, and improving vendor satisfaction with the company's policies.
• Identifying and analyzing vendor feedback and needs as a basis for improving business processes and cooperation mechanisms.
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of vendor relationship management based on performance indicators, satisfaction levels, complaint resolution, and development program implementation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in vendor management or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing relationships and communicating directly with internal and external vendors.
• Strong data collection, processing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using vendor management systems and corporate information systems.
• Strong vendor performance management, negotiation, and risk assessment skills.
