Vendor Relation Specialist • Hybrid Setup • Night Shift

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Identify and connect with potential auto damage appraisers across the US.
• Assist with screening, onboarding, and guiding new appraisers through the required processes.
• Prepare contractor agreements and ensure vendor records are complete and up to date.
• Help appraisers learn the company’s appraisal software and provide assistance when needed.
• Maintain regular communication with vendors to build positive working relationships and address their concerns.
• Track compliance documents and follow up on missing or expired requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve vendor-related concerns and support daily operations.
• Discuss payment rates with appraisers based on company guidelines.
• Perform all other relevant tasks that may be assigned.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• 2–5 years of experience in vendor management, account management, or recruitment operations, preferably in the BPO industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Background in the automotive or insurance industry is a plus.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to keep records and documents accurate and up to date.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills when handling vendor concerns.
• Able to manage multiple tasks independently and follow through on responsibilities.
• Familiarity with Slack, Adobe, and Google Workspace.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
