Job Description:

Location: Bahria Town, Phase 8, Rawalpindi
Timings: 6 PM – 3 AM (Monday - Friday) - NIGHT SHIFT ONSITE

We invite you to join our team as Vendor Relations Specialist. This role fulfills the following functions, among others as assigned:

Core Responsibilities:

• Assist in the onboarding process of new vendors within our systems
• Manage and build relationships with vendors to ensure drop shipments are being processed timely and accurately.
• Review reports to evaluate vendor performance and address areas of improvement.
• Investigate vendor concerns and provide strategic solutions.
• Communicate issues and propose solutions to improve processes, vendor relationships and level of service provided to our customers.
• Propose additional reporting to enhance vendor performance awareness.
• Keep record of new products launches, trends and market costs and pricing.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure that policies & pricing data is received in a timely manner.
• Participate in the resolution of all pricing related issues & events.
• Participate in corporate-wide initiatives involving pricing functions, philosophies, or processes.
• Make outbound phone calls and schedule meetings with vendors on regular basis.
• Always represent the company in a professional manner ensuring quality

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
