What they need
- Responsible for performing verification on all handoffs provided by the vendor and files the requests for deployment. He is responsible in moving the code from one environment to another.
- Have good communication skills to collaborate with the stakeholders of the project they support.
The following are the vendor dev support related activities but not limited to:
- Access Request
- Production Data Extract
- Execution of script in SIT/UAT
- Installation of application in SIT/UAT
- Implementation to SIT/UAT/Production
- Batch Job Run Request in SIT/UAT
- Restart of components in SIT/UAT
- Generate Jar Files in SIT/UAT
- Packaging of objects to be deployed to SIT/UAT
- Request copy of mapper configuration files in SIT/UAT/Production
- Firewall whitelisting
- Import/Export files in SIT/UAT/Production
