Vendor Support Coordinator • Hybrid Setup

About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Vendor Support Coordinator to manage the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing support of independent auto damage appraisers. This role involves coordinating vendor documentation, providing system guidance, monitoring compliance, and maintaining strong working relationships with vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and onboard independent auto damage appraisers nationwide.
• Coordinate vendor agreements, onboarding requirements, and documentation.
• Discuss vendor rates within established company guidelines.
• Assist appraisers with software training and onboarding questions.
• Communicate regularly with vendors to address concerns and operational needs.
• Track vendor records, monitor compliance, and follow up on missing or expired documents.
• Work with internal teams to resolve vendor-related performance issues and improve daily operations.
• Handle other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 2–5 years of experience in vendor management, account management, or recruitment operations, preferably in a BPO setting.
• Candidates with at least 3 years of voice-based customer support experience are welcome to apply.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good problem-solving, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Slack, Adobe, and Google Workspace.
• Automotive or insurance industry experience is an advantage.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
