The Opportunity

We’re hiring a part-time intern for Winter/Spring 2027 to work directly with our Associate who runs operations for multiple funds and programs, supporting hundreds of startups monthly.

This role sits where investing, founder programs, and marketing meet. You’ll help move deals from application to close, run live founder events, and produce the content that tells LvlUp’s story across social, email, and our website. You’ll own real workstreams, not observe them.

This is a remote / unpaid role, approximately 20-25 hours per week.

What You’ll Do

Investment operations

• Support diligence on certain fund and accelerator applicants and manage operations end to end of getting founders into the LvlUp ecosystem.

Founder Pitch Events

• Manage pitch event operations, including verifying appropriate founders, coordinating with judges, setting up virtual events, and operating.

Content and marketing

• LinkedIn posts, newsletters, and blog content
• Support campaigns for new firm initiatives and programs

Ideal Candidate

• Can match an institutional, direct brand voice
• Organized and detail-oriented, comfortable juggling multiple programs at once
• Comfortable in Airtable, Claude, or quick to learn new tools
• Interested in venture capital, startups, and how a high-volume firm operates
• Prior experience in operations, startup, or a VC firm is a plus
• Current undergraduate student
