We’re scouting for a Venue Manager at our Chermside location, the team captain to guide the squad and call the shots. You will make every shift a winning one!

• Lead the operations that keep everything running smoothly
• Train, mentor, and upskill your squad to bring their A-game to every shift
• Drive financial performance and turn insights into winning plays
• Make sure every part of the venue reflects our brand, energy, and best in class standards

What you’ll bring:

• 2 years’ venue management experience (preferably in restaurants or pubs)
• Demonstrate mateship by providing an exceptional experience for the team and customers
• Proven ability to manage budgets, rosters, and operational costs
• Ability to balance competing priorities to deliver venue success
• RMLV Approved Manager preferred but not necessary
• A competitive edge that thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on, high-energy team
