Responsibilities

• Oversee venue operations, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction
• Coordinate event logistics, from setup to breakdown, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and on time
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation throughout the venue at all times
• Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure positive experiences that encourage repeat visits
• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate seamless event execution
• Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and licensing requirements

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in hospitality, events, or venue operations with a track record of leading successful teams
• Strong understanding of guest services principles with a passion for creating memorable experiences
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a lively environment
• Exceptional communication skills to liaise confidently with staff, guests, and external partners
• Ability to problem-solve quickly and adapt to changing priorities with a positive attitude
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory standards relevant to venue management is preferred

Pay: £13.50-£14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 35.0 per week
