About the role
Lead and motivate a young dynamic hospitality team, owning the venue's financial performance, guest experience, team leadership, operational excellence, compliance and safety, culture and standards, and reporting and communication.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a young dynamic hospitality team
- Own the venue's weekly and monthly P&L against Group-set targets
- Deliver revenue, labour %, COGS %, and controllable expense targets
- Approve rosters within labour budget; escalate variances proactively
- Deliver YASSAS's 12 Standards to every guest, every shift, every day
- Own the Six Memory Moments (Arrival · Welcome · Seating · Order · Service · Farewell)
- Monitor Google reviews, OpenTable feedback, and guest complaints
- Recruit, hire, and onboard team members with GM Operations sign-off
- Develop the Assistant Manager, Head Chef, and Supervisors through weekly 1:1s
- Ensure venue opens and closes to standard every service
About you
- At least 3 years as a restaurant or venue manager in a busy licensed venue
