Serve as the manager of an open-air event venue and football turf. This role requires liaison between clients, external event planners, outsourced decorators, in-house catering teams, vendors, and the finance and HR department.

Job Responsibilities Will Include

• Cross-functional coordination: Act as the primary liaison between the Chef/catering team, external or internal event planners, clients, and accounts officer.
• Client & vendor relations: Serve as the contact for scheduled client walkthroughs, maintain client relations, and vendor management.
• Logistics & operations: Manage the event calendar, vendor load-in/load-out schedules, event logistics, and venue equipment inventory, and field management and upkeep of facilities
• Office administration: Collaborate with the HR and accounts officer to handle contracts, staff welfare, track booking deposits, and issue and settle final invoices to clients and vendors.
• On-site supervision: Oversee venue presentation, manage support staff, and troubleshoot venue-related issues during and after events
• Facilities maintenance: Work with HR and facility management team to ensure proper upkeep of the venue at all times
• Legal and compliance: Collaborate with HR and Accounts Officer to ensure all permits, taxes, etc are up to date
• Manage football turf: Oversee football turf booking and turf maintenance, support Turf Manager to address turf related issues, and ensure financial discipline of turf payments
