What You’ll Do

• Support the day-to-day hotel operation
• Lead the venue when the Venue Manager is away
• Coach supervisors and frontline team members
• Grow your skills in rostering, stock, cash management and reporting
• Maintain strong service, presentation, safety and compliance standards
• Improve service, team routines and venue results

What We’re Looking For

• Leadership experience in a busy pub, hotel or multi-outlet venue
• Experience across bar, bistro, gaming, functions and major events
• A people leader who brings out the best in their team
• Sound knowledge of liquor, gaming and venue compliance
• A desire to keep building your commercial and operational skills
• Current Queensland RSA and RSG, plus RMLV and Approved Manager Licence—or a willingness to obtain them
