We are searching for a Venue Manager to take the reins of one of this group's largest footprint venues nationally. Packed with energy, an incredible food and beverage offering, and an experience that draws in crowds of all ages, this site needs a hands-on leader who knows how to keep the vibe electric while driving real commercial success.

Backed by a full crew of Assistant Managers, department heads, and a team of 40+, your mission is to lead, inspire, and elevate a venue that's buzzing for the best part of a 7-day operation.

What You'll Bring to the Table

• 2+ years as a Venue Manager or similar in large-format, multi-department, or multi-faceted venues
• Hands-on commercial capability spanning P&L management, labour optimisation, and revenue growth
• Natural leadership style focused on team coaching, high service standards, and performance management
• Exceptional time management skills and a passion for fast-paced, high-volume operations
