Venue Security Supervisor

We’re looking for confident and experienced Venue Security Supervisor to join our security team across our live music venues.

We’re particularly looking for experienced security staff who are comfortable working in busy, fast paced environments and can confidently deal with challenging situations while maintaining a professional and approachable manner.

Experience within live music venues, nightclubs, bars or events is preferred.

We’re looking for people who are:

• Confident and experienced in customer facing security
• Calm and professional when dealing with difficult situations
• Comfortable working within busy live event environments
• Reliable, punctual and able to work effectively as part of a team
• Confident with ingress, egress, searches and crowd management
• Able to communicate clearly with customers, venue management and fellow security staff
• Hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor licence

Our security team plays a huge part in creating a safe and welcoming environment at our venues, so we’re looking for people who can balance strong security awareness with great customer service.

Various evening and weekend shifts available across our two grassroots music venues.

Pay: £14.50-£16.00 per hour
