Venue Supervisor – Bustler Market Derby

As Venue Supervisor, you’ll work closely with the General Manager and wider management team to keep the venue running smoothly, safely and, most importantly, make sure everyone has a great experience whether that’s our customers, traders or team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the team, keeping everyone on track.
• Ensure company policies, procedures and working guidelines are followed.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness across the venue
• Carry out regular checks of all areas, including toilets, the bar, trading areas and general venue spaces.
• Keep in regular contact with our traders
• Complete weekly stock takes and help keep on top of cellar management.
• Get stuck in with general duties, including routine maintenance, cleaning and anything else that helps keep the venue looking its best.
• Lock up and ensure the venue is safe and secure at the end of each shift.
• Make sure all relevant paperwork and records are completed accurately and on time.
• Deal with customer questions, issues and complaints in a friendly, professional and solution-focused way.
• Be a visible and approachable presence on shift, helping the team, supporting traders and stepping in wherever needed.

Ultimately, we’re looking for someone who can take ownership of the venue, keep things moving and bring a positive attitude to every shift - even when things get a little hectic!

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: From £14.00 per hour
