We are looking for Venue Supervisors to join our team at Flip Out Villawood. Reporting to the Store Managers when you are on shift you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the Store Managers

• Supervising the operations of the store

• Supervising and motivating staff to fulfil their roles

• Delivering exceptional customer service and handling customer complaints

• Maintaining excellent store presentation

• Till management including end of day reconciliation

• Compliance with all work, health and safety regulations requirements

What experience are we looking for? Industry experience is not essential for us it's all about attitude and ability. Ideally you will have:

• Previous experience in supervising or managing staff or at least evidence of being capable of supervising a team such as having demonstated an aptitude in a previous role

• A good attitude and work ethic

• Good communication skills such as assertiveness and confidence

– An interest in delivering exceptional customer service

• A current First Aid Certificate and Working with Children Check or willing to obtain prior to working

• Basic to intermediate computer and software knowledge

Pay: $24.00 – $32.00 per hour
