Job Description

• Source and onboard new suppliers aligned with the companys service standards and brand values
• Maintain an updated database of supplier contracts, contacts, and deliverables
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, planning, operations)
• Support the implementation of vendor-related tech platforms or CRM tools
• Resolve venue-related issues and disputes in a timely and professional manner
• Assist in developing SOPs and policies for vendor onboarding and engagement
• Help in organizing vendor meets, workshops, or wedding events.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in MS Office and vendor CRM tools Passion for the wedding or events industr
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
