Verification Agent

• As the Verification Agent, you will support educational certificate verification by liaising with universities, polytechnics, and other tertiary institutions to confirm the authenticity of academic qualifications.
• This opportunity is open to students, institutional staff, and other individuals who can facilitate verification activities within their respective institutions or locations.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with universities, polytechnics, and other tertiary institutions to facilitate academic certificate verification
• Engage relevant institutional departments to confirm the authenticity of academic qualifications and records
• Conduct physical follow ups where necessary to ensure timely completion of verification requests
• Provide accurate verification feedback, supporting documentation, and timely updates on assigned requests
• Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and accuracy throughout the verification process

Requirements

• Open to students, institutional staff, graduates, and other individuals with access to tertiary institutions across Nigeria.
• Good knowledge of the administrative processes and relevant departments within universities, polytechnics, or other tertiary institutions.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with the ability to engage institutional representatives professionally.
• Ability to provide accurate information, follow instructions, and complete assigned verification requests within agreed timelines.
• Must be available to facilitate verification within their institution or location, either on a one-off or recurring assignment basis.

Remuneration

Commission Based.
