Verification Operations Admin

Key Responsibilities:

• Employer & Job Verification: Perform daily verification for incoming employer profiles and job listings, maintaining consistency and accuracy across dynamic operational volumes.
• Request & Escalation Handling: Process verification and job posting requests originating from various internal and external channels (including Customer Service escalations and premium employer requests).
• Quality Control (QC) & Compliance: Conduct regular Quality Control audits on active job listings and review pending posts to uphold platform content standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Customer Service (CS) and Account Management teams to resolve verification queries and facilitate special requests

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline.
• Proven experience or strong interest in Operations, Quality Control, Data Verification, or Administration.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume routine tasks with consistency and speed.
• Good communication skills for cross-team coordination.
