Verification Pharmacist

A growing compounding pharmacy is seeking a licensed pharmacist to support final prescription review and product release activities at its Houston-area operation. This position will help ensure compounded prescriptions are accurate, appropriately documented, and prepared in accordance with applicable pharmacy requirements and internal quality standards.

The pharmacist will review prescription information, formulations, labeling, supporting records, and completed preparations before dispensing. The position works cross-functionally with pharmacy operations, compounding personnel, technicians, and quality team members to resolve discrepancies and maintain efficient workflow.

Successful candidates will bring sound professional judgment, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced pharmacy environment. Previous experience in compounding, prescription verification, production pharmacy, or a similarly regulated setting is preferred.

This is a full-time, onsite opportunity in the greater Houston area. Candidates must hold an active Texas pharmacist license and be available to work the required onsite schedule. Schedule options include mornings, afternoons, weekends, and nights.
