Verification Representative

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Verification & Data Entry Representative to accurately review, verify, and enter information into company systems and databases. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information while meeting productivity and accuracy standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify customer, client, or business information for accuracy and completeness.
• Enter and update data accurately in company databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
• Compare information across documents and systems to identify discrepancies or missing information.
• Conduct verification calls, emails, or other forms of communication when additional information is required.
• Research and confirm information using approved sources and company procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, and duplicate information and report or correct them as appropriate.
• Follow established procedures for data verification, documentation, and recordkeeping.
• Protect confidential and sensitive information in accordance with company policies.
• Meet established accuracy, productivity, and turnaround-time requirements.
• Communicate with internal departments regarding discrepancies or verification issues.
• Perform other administrative and data-entry duties as assigned.

Pay: $16.25 - $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 60.0 per week
