Job Description

Reliant BPO is hiring experienced Medicare Verifiers to join its growing team. We are looking for confident, results-driven professionals with excellent communication skills, strong product knowledge, and relevant call center experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant call center experience.
• Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
• Strong Medicare campaign and product knowledge.
• Professional attitude and confidence in handling calls.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
• Commitment to quality, accuracy, and campaign procedures.

Salary & Benefits

• Advertised salary / earning potential: PKR 70,000 (fixed basic)–500,000 (with title plan), depending on performance and the applicable compensation structure.
