In This Verizon Account Representative Role, You Will

• Develop professional relationships with customers by creating friendly, respectful, and productive interactions.
• Learn Verizon FiOS offerings and stay informed so customers receive clear and accurate service information.
• Listen closely to customer questions and concerns while identifying the information or support they need.
• Communicate service details and available options in a way that is simple, helpful, and easy to understand.
• Assist customers with appropriate next steps while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and attention to detail.
• Organize customer information, follow-ups, and daily activities to ensure responsibilities are completed consistently.
• Collaborate with team members to improve the customer experience, exchange knowledge, and support overall team operations.

What We’re Looking For in a Verizon Account Representative

• High school diploma or GED required; college education is welcome.
• Professional and friendly communication style.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to listen and connect with customers.
• Comfortable learning new services, processes, and customer-facing responsibilities.
• Organized, dependable, and willing to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Previous account support, customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus, but this position is open to entry-level applicants.
