As a Verizon Account Support Representative, you’ll represent Verizon in a customer-facing environment, build meaningful connections, introduce wireless solutions, and support new business through direct sales. You’ll receive the training and guidance needed to develop your product knowledge, sharpen your sales approach, and become confident throughout the customer journey, from the first conversation to the close.

What You’ll Do

• Represent Verizon professionally within assigned territories and customer-facing environments.
• Engage prospective customers through direct, face-to-face conversations.
• Learn about customer needs and identify opportunities for relevant Verizon solutions.
• Present Verizon products and services clearly and confidently.
• Develop new customer relationships and contribute to business growth through sales.
• Work toward individual and team sales objectives in a performance-driven environment.
• Follow up with customers and provide a professional experience throughout the sales process.
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching to strengthen your sales and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,482.76 - $60,796.44 per year

Work Location: In person
