Verizon Assistant

We are is looking for a motivated Verizon Assistant to join our growing team supporting our Verizon campaign. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, developing new skills, and building a career in sales and customer engagement.

As a Verizon Assistant, you’ll interact directly with customers, provide information about Verizon products and services, and help create positive customer experiences. Our Verizon Assistant team receives hands-on training and ongoing support, making this a great opportunity for someone starting their career.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent Verizon professionally as a Verizon Assistant
• Assist customers with questions about Verizon products and services
• Learn how to confidently explain products, promotions, and service options
• Support customer acquisition and relationship-building efforts
• Create a positive experience for every customer
• Work alongside other Verizon Assistant team members to reach daily goals
• Develop communication, sales, and customer service skills
• Participate in training designed to help every Verizon Assistant succeed

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, confident, and comfortable speaking with customers
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• No previous sales experience required
