Verizon Client Assistant

Carolina Collaborations partners with nationally recognized telecommunications brands to drive customer acquisition and sales growth. Our Durham team represents Verizon Wireless by connecting customers with available services, presenting solutions, and generating new business through direct, face-to-face engagement.

As a full-time Verizon Client Assistant, you'll represent Verizon Wireless through face-to-face customer engagement throughout the greater Durham area, connecting with local homeowners to introduce services, generate interest, and drive sales. You'll take an active role in presenting service options, building customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and guiding customers from the initial conversation through enrollment. This is an opportunity to develop hands-on sales experience, strengthen your communication skills, and contribute directly to customer acquisition and team performance.

What you'll do as a Verizon Client Assistant:

• Engage with customers through face-to-face interactions to introduce Verizon Wireless services, generate interest, and identify new sales opportunities.
• Build customer relationships by understanding individual needs and presenting relevant wireless services, plans, and promotions.
• Deliver engaging presentations that communicate the value of Verizon Wireless offerings and help customers make informed decisions.
• Guide interested customers through service selections and enrollment requirements while ensuring information is accurate and complete.
• Contribute to sales goals by developing customer interest, following up on opportunities, and supporting successful service enrollments.
• Collaborate with fellow Verizon Client Assistants to share best practices, strengthen sales approaches, and contribute to overall team performance.

What we're looking for in a Verizon Client Assistant:

• Strong communicator who enjoys meeting new people and building professional relationships.
• Confident in engaging with customers face-to-face and presenting products or services.
• Motivated to learn sales strategies, recognize customer needs, and communicate solutions effectively.
• Positive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a goal-oriented environment.
• Organized and attentive when managing customer information and completing enrollment steps.
• Entry-level friendly; previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or other customer-facing roles is helpful but not required.
