What You’ll Do As A Verizon Customer Representative:

• Meet with customers to understand their needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales, as needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine strategies.
• Stay up-to-date on products, services, and promotions to guide customers through the enrollment process.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
• Participate in regular Verizon Customer Representative meetings to strengthen sales, customer service, and leadership skills, working toward potential management opportunities.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience.

Verizon Customer Representative Qualifications:

• Previous customer service, sales, or related experience is a plus—but we’ll train the right person.
• Prior Verizon Customer Representative experience is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation to and from our Melville office.
