Verizon Customer Representative

• Represent Verizon professionally while introducing customers to available products, services, and promotions.
• Work directly with customers as a Verizon Customer Representative to understand their needs and provide helpful solutions.
• Answer customer questions and clearly explain Verizon products and service options.
• Build positive customer relationships and create a welcoming customer experience.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Verizon solutions.
