Verizon Customer Service Representative

Vistara Consulting is expanding in the local area and is looking for an Entry Level Verizon Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This is a full-time, in-person, direct sales opportunity designed for individuals who enjoy working with customers, building relationships, and developing valuable business skills in a fast-paced environment.

As an Entry Level Verizon Customer Service Representative, you'll work directly with residential customers to introduce wireless and home internet services, explain available products and promotions, answer questions, and assist interested customers through the enrollment and account setup process. Every interaction is focused on providing an informative, professional, and customer-first experience.

No two days are exactly alike, but your responsibilities may include:

• Meeting directly with residential customers in assigned territories.
• Introducing wireless services, home internet solutions, and current promotions.
• Learning about each customer's needs and recommending services that best fit their household.
• Assisting with new account enrollments, account setup, service activations, upgrades, and account changes.
• Answering customer questions while delivering a positive and professional customer experience.
• Maintaining accurate customer information, enrollment records, and daily activity.
• Working alongside teammates to achieve sales and customer service goals.
• Participating in ongoing product knowledge, communication, and sales training.

Pay: $800.00 - $1,400.00 per week
