As an Verizon Enrollment Associate, know what your days are made of: doorways, kitchen tables, and sales conversations about what mobile service should cost. The Verizon Enrollment Associate will introduce affordable data plans in everyday language, personally assist with smartphone setups, and handle each enrollment end-to-end in person.

Role Responsibilities of the Verizon Enrollment Associate

• Drive customer acquisition by helping customers enroll in mobile service programs that make everyday communication more accessible and convenient.
• Create meaningful in-person sales interactions by introducing affordable smartphone and data plan options tailored to each customer's unique circumstances.
• Serve as a trusted in-person resource during the sales process, ensuring customers feel informed, comfortable, and confident in their selections.
• Increase enrollment participation by building genuine connections and identifying wireless solutions that support daily communication needs.
• Champion customer success by assisting with smartphone activation support, account setup guidance, and service onboarding experiences.
• Generate sales growth through relationship-focused sales conversations that emphasize value, accessibility, and long-term satisfaction.
