For our Verizon Representative, the goal is to make Verizon Wireless feel approachable from the first interaction. Working in person throughout the greater Temple area, you'll bring current products, services, and promotions directly to customers while using strong communication to build interest, answer questions, and support sales and enrollment.

Responsibilities of the Verizon Representative

• Create strong first impressions that reflect Verizon professionally while opening natural customer conversations.
• Learn current wireless plans, promotions, and campaign messages so you can confidently support sales discussions.
• Translate product features into relatable benefits that make Verizon services easier to understand.
• Recognize customer interest and connect individual priorities with relevant sales options.
• Maintain consistent messaging while adapting your approach to different personalities and questions.
• Collaborate with other Verizon Representative team members to share customer feedback, strengthen campaign execution, and support daily sales goals.

Qualifications of the Verizon Representative

• Outgoing, personable, and energized by meeting new people.
• Strong communicator who understands the importance of creating a positive first impression.
• Comfortable learning new information and using it naturally during sales conversations.
• Adaptable, dependable, and receptive to coaching and feedback.
• Interested in branding, customer engagement, telecommunications, marketing, or sales.
• Entry-level friendly; restaurant, hospitality, barista, retail, promotions, customer service, or sales experience is helpful but not required.
