Verizon Representative

What You’ll Do as a Verizon Representative

• Represent Verizon professionally while engaging with customers and providing a positive experience.
• Serve as a knowledgeable Verizon Representative by answering questions about products, services, and available offers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend Verizon solutions that align with their preferences.
• Build rapport and establish strong customer relationships through effective communication.
• Present product and service information clearly and confidently.
• Assist customers throughout the enrollment and account setup process.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information.
• Stay informed about current Verizon products, services, promotions, and offerings.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve shared goals.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional and personable approach to customer interactions.
• Comfortable speaking with customers and answering questions.
• Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous sales, customer service, retail, or telecommunications experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
