Verizon Representative

Kings Management Group is hiring a Verizon Representative to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for someone who communicates professionally, enjoys working with customers, and wants to develop practical experience in customer engagement and sales.

As a Verizon Representative, you’ll speak with customers about wireless products and services, understand their needs, and provide clear information about available options. You’ll work closely with your team to maintain organized customer interactions and contribute to daily goals.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with customers in a professional and approachable manner while creating a positive experience.
• Learn Verizon Wireless products, services, and features so you can communicate information accurately.
• Ask questions and listen carefully to understand customer needs, preferences, and priorities.
• Explain relevant wireless options clearly and answer customer questions with confidence.
• Assist customers throughout the enrollment process and provide guidance on the appropriate next steps.
• Keep customer interactions, follow-ups, and daily activities organized and up to date.
• Collaborate with teammates and leadership to support customer satisfaction and team objectives.
