Verizon Representative

We’re hiring full-time Verizon Representatives with full training and a clear path to senior Verizon roles!

As a Verizon Representative you will represent Verizon in the community, meeting customers in person and showing them how Verizon’s wireless and home internet options fit their lives. The Verizon Representative will talk with customers, learn what they need, and explain the plans and promotions that match.

Responsibilities of the Verizon Representative

• Meet customers in person and start conversations about Verizon wireless and home internet
• Explaining Verizon plans and devices in plain, simple terms
• Guide customers through sign-up from start to finish
• Attending regular team huddles and practice sessions to build your skills
• Share customer feedback to support team and customer service approaches
• Working with experienced Verizon Representatives to communication and customer engagement skills

• No prior experience required; training is provided
• Strong communication skills
