As a Verizon Sales Associate, you'll work face-to-face with customers to introduce Verizon products and services, answer their questions, and help them find solutions that actually fit their lives. No sales background needed; we provide hands-on training and ongoing coaching so you can build your skills and hit the ground running.

Day-to-day as a Verizon Sales Associate

• Connect with customers and share Verizon products, plans, and promotions
• Support customers through enrollment and account setup
• Learn and apply proven sales strategies that get results
• Create memorable customer experiences through real, face-to-face conversation
• Answer questions and recommend solutions that make sense for each customer
• Collaborate with fellow Verizon Sales Associates to hit daily and weekly goals
• Represent Verizon with professionalism and a genuine, upbeat attitude
• Participate in sales training, coaching, and team development

Qualifications of a Verizon Sales Associate

• Comfortable and confident talking with new people
• Positive attitude and a willingness to grow
• Goal-oriented, competitive, and self-motivated
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Dependable and ready to contribute in a team environment
• Looking to build real experience in sales, business, or leadership
• Background in food service, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is a plus
