Verizon Team Member

Skyline Growth Group is seeking an energetic Verizon Team Member to join our growing customer engagement team. This position is designed for individuals who want to gain real-world experience in communication, relationship building, and customer acquisition while working with a recognizable wireless brand.

In this role, you’ll interact with customers, understand what they are looking for, and help connect them with Verizon Wireless solutions that fit their needs. You’ll receive guidance from experienced team members while developing skills in account support, customer engagement, and business development.

Verizon Team Member Key Responsibilities

• Introduce customers to Verizon Wireless products, plans, and available service options
• Assist with customer acquisition by creating positive and informative customer interactions
• Provide account support by answering questions and helping customers understand their available options
• Maintain accurate information throughout the customer enrollment process
• Build professional relationships through clear communication and attentive service
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily customer engagement and performance goals

Verizon Team Member Qualifications

• No previous wireless experience required
• Comfortable communicating with customers in person
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Organized, reliable, and able to follow established processes
• Previous experience in account support, customer acquisition, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing work is a plus

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week

Work Location: In person
